Kimchi crackers

IMG_5378

Kimchi is a preserved and fermented vegetable from South Korea that’s usually served as a kind of side dish for a meal. The most famous kimchi is spicy cabbage kimchi, and I’ve developed a real taste for this spicy and sour condiment.

When I saw these kimchi crackers at the supermarket it was a no-brainer if I should buy it or not. The crackers were made for a nice little crunchy snack, but did not deliver on taste. They didn’t taste like kimchi, nor were they spicy. Next time I’d better stick to the original.
